Shipping Methods

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options based on products ordered, quantity and delivery location. For a shipping cost estimate add the products to your cart and provide your shipping address. Once the order has been placed, our team will review it and get back to you if there are any issues.

  • Free (slowest, no tracking)
  • Economy (slow, limited tracking)
  • Priority (includes tracking)
  • Express (faster, includes tracking)
  • Overnight (fastest, includes tracking)
  • Customer Account (restrictions apply)
Shipping Carriers

We ship via all major shipping carriers. Once the order has been placed and produced our team will determine the best shipping carrier to use.

Cost Estimates

The store provides a shipping cost estimate based on products ordered, selected shipping option and delivery location. This cost is just an estimate; the actual shipping cost will be determined by our team after the order has been placed as a part of our order accuracy process. The actual shipping cost could be higher or lower than the estimate provided. If the actual shipment cost is materially different than the estimate provided, our team will contact you via email to discuss the situation.


USA Shipping

We offer all shipping options within the USA. Many of our blank and ready made products are kept in inventory domestically to enable rapid delivery of these items.

  • Free (USPS, 7 - 10 business days)
  • Economy (USPS, 1 - 7 business days)
  • Priority (USPS, 2 - 3 business days)
  • Express (FedEx or UPS, 1 - 3 business days)
  • Overnight (FedEx or UPS, next business day by 6pm, must be placed noon PST)
  • Customer Account (restrictions apply)

International Shipping

We regularly ship orders to international addresses and do our best to work with the shipment receiver and carrier to ensure a fast and smooth delivery. Free and Overnight shipping options are not available for international shipments. We typically use FedEx, UPS or DHL for international shipments, sometimes we use USPS Express with full tracking.

  • Economy (5 - 6, up to 12 business days)
  • Priority (2 - 5 business days)
  • Express (1 - 3 business days, not available for all countries)
  • Customer Account (restrictions apply)

Orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to tariffs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. These costs are the responsibility of the shipment receiver. See our Sales Terms & Conditions for details.


Free Shipping

Free shipping is available to continental USA shipments with an order subtotal greater than $50 and less than $200. Free shipping is available for in-stock products in the USA and is not available for international shipments, large quantity orders or custom products. Shipments are shipped via USPS First Class mail or the cheapest delivery method of our choice. Free shipments are not insured and do not include tracking. Eligibility will be determined after the order is placed as a part of our order accuracy process.

If you need faster delivery and/or to track your shipment in transit, we highly suggest that you do not use the free shipping option.


Delivery Tracking

An order tracking number will be provided for all Priority, Express and Overnight orders. If you select the Free or Economy shipping method you will not receive a tracking number and there will be no guarantee for time in transit. You will receive the order tracking number in the automated email sent via our shipment system. You can also find the order tracking number in your Account or via the Order Lookup.

If you need to track your shipment in transit, we highly suggest you use one of the faster shipping options that includes tracking.


Customer Account Billing

In some circumstances, we are able to bill shipments to the customer's shipment account such that the customer pays for the shipment according to their shipping rates with the shipping carrier. Certain restrictions apply (below). Eligibility will be determined after the order is placed as a part of our order accuracy process. To select this shipping option for an order, choose 'Customer Account' on the checkout page. Our team will contact you by email to obtain your carrier account information.

  • Applies only to products originating in the USA
  • FedEx or UPS only
  • Pickup can be arranged via DHL
  • Corporate accounts only

Split Shipments

For some orders it is possible to have the shipments split between multiple delivery addresses. This is typically reserved for large quantity orders for corporate accounts. If you desire split shipments you should contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Origin

Blank & Ready Made Products

We stock a large inventory of blank and ready made products in our Seattle, WA USA office for rapid delivery. Occasionally we may not have the desired inventory in stock in our Seattle office, and may ship direct from the factory.

Custom Products & Large Quantities

Most custom products and sometimes large quantity orders are shipped direct from the factory in order to reduce delivery times and shipment costs. The location of the factory depends on the products ordered; we work with factories worldwide. Often the factories are in China, Europe and USA.

The country of origin can be provided after the order has been placed.


Shipping Terms

Orders are shipped via Incoterms 'Free Carrier' (FCA) and 'Free on Board' (FOB Origin). 'Ex works' trade terms may be offered by customer request and upon approval. In general the customer is responsible for the shipment once it leaves our facility; this includes all risk and fees. Orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to tarrifs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. These costs are the responsibility of the shipment receiver. See our Sales Terms & Conditions for details.


Delivery Issues

We work hard to ensure the successful delivery of all shipments. In the rare case you feel there has been a delivery issue please contact us with your order number and the shipment carrier with your shipment tracking number (if available). We will work with you and the shipment carrier to the best of our ability to get the issues resolved in a timely manner.
