The ACS ACM1552U NFC USB Upgrade Module for Zebra ZT610 adds NFC read/write capability directly to your Zebra ZT610 industrial label printer. The module includes a plastic media roller that replaces the standard metal roller, enabling NFC tag encoding as labels pass through the print path.
Based on 13.56 MHz contactless technology, the ACM1552U module supports contactless cards and devices following the ISO 14443, ISO 15693, and ISO 18092 standards. It is CCID & PC/SC compliant and supports high-speed communication for contactless cards at a maximum of 848 kbps. The module also supports three NFC modes:
- Smart Card Reader/Writer
- Card Emulation
- Keyboard Emulation - (tool download)
The ACM1552U connects to the Zebra ZT610 via USB, making it compatible with standard NFC encoding software and workflows without additional drivers or custom integration work.
